  • The hackamore bosal and mane rope donated by Clyde Nelson will be shipped to winning bidder once payment is received by ORHA in full to include shipping fee. $20 shipping fee.
  • The Clyde Nelson hackamore set donated to ORHA by Terry Spain will be shipped to winning bidder via UPS. Complete payment and shipping fee of $20 is required to have cleared ORHA bank before shipment.
  • You are bidding on one Clyde Nelson hackamore set donated to ORHA by the owner for the 2020 ORHA Auction. Once completed, bids are non-retractable so please bid with care. If you are the single high bidder at the close of the Auction, you are obligated to complete the transaction and pay to the ORHA Program the full amount of the highest bid within 5 days of the close of the Auction.

    All proceeds from the sale of this Auction will go to ORHA, a nonprofit organization, to further develop the ORHA Program. The donated item will be awarded to the single highest bidder at the close of bidding so long as : (1) the minimum bid has been satisfied and (2) the final bid amount is paid in full. The donated item is awarded to the identified winning bidder in this Auction. At the close of the Auction, the winning bidder to whom the donated item is awarded shall be identified by name and username. No warranty or guarantee is given for donated item by ORHA.

    Once the Auction concludes winning bidder will be responsible to pay any and all charges/fees identified in execution of this contract and shipping fees and other expenses related to the donated item.

    ORHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, extend deadlines, or otherwise modify the rules as necessary to deal with unforeseen circumstances which arise.

    ORHA and the ORHA Program hereby expressly disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
